In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal users, providing efficient and professional IT support, including VIP and executive-level assistance. You will resolve issues related to Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, as well as Google tools such as Gmail and Google Sheets. With your strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset, you will ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced, English-speaking environment.
Proven experience in 1st level IT support, preferably with VIP support background
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
German skills are an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
Solid technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, Zoom, and Google Sheet, Google Mail
Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
