On behalf of a client based in Geneva, we are seeking a System Engineer with native-level proficiency in French and very good knowledge of English.
Key responsibilities include:

Administer and maintain the firm's IT systems (Windows and Linux servers, virtualization solutions, storage solutions).

Administer and maintain all network equipment (LAN, WAN, etc.).

Provide level 3 support for all systems and train IT support teams.

Monitor infrastructure elements related to backups.

Participate in and manage projects related to migrations to new technologies.

Maintain and develop the configuration of network and telecommunications equipment.

Optimize the performance and availability of Microsoft environments.

Write the documentation and procedures necessary for system operation.
This is a full-time position (100%), with approximately 20% remote work flexibility.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar position (excluding internships and training).
- Proficiency in Microsoft On Premises and Cloud environments and products (Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL databases.
- Excellent knowledge of VMware and Citrix environments.
- Excellent knowledge of Powershell scripting for automation.
- Very good knowledge of storage and backup solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Intune.
- French C2, Englisch C1
- University degree in computer science or equivalent.
