On behalf of a client based in Geneva and Zurich, we are seeking a Project- and Portfolio Manager with native-level proficiency in French and very good knowledge of English.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage and coordinate technical projects from the design phase through to delivery, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements are met.
Working closely with the development or infrastructure teams to ensure the successful execution of technical projects.
Translate business needs into clear and detailed technical specifications, in collaboration with the development or infrastructure teams.
Ensure communication between technical teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to guarantee alignment and understanding of objectives.
Monitor and manage risks, identify potential obstacles, and propose solutions to overcome them.
Manage project resources, including assignments, workload, and task organization to optimize productivity.
Oversee testing and validation phases to ensure that technical deliverables meet defined requirements.
Establish and monitor performance indicators to measure project progress and adjust plans accordingly.
Ensure complete and up-to-date project documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and progress reports.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the organization.
This is a full-time position (100%), with approximately 40% remote work flexibility.
